Zita Rock 2009 - der Bericht

Die Hinfahrt
Freitag den 12.06.09 sind wir (wie immer) etwas zu spät losgefahren, halt so gegen 11:00 Uhr.
Normalerweise dauert eine Strecke von Pulheim nach Kleinmachnow laut Google-Maps 5 Stunden, wenn man die Strecke über die A2 nimmt.
Letztendlich waren wir geschmeidige 8 Stunden unterwegs, kamen in den Genuss diverser Staus, provoziert von einem Unfall und diversen Brummirennen.

Momentan kränkel…

… ich mal wieder vor mich hin, so wie viele in meinem Umkreis auch.
Temperatur ist wieder runter, aber der Muskelkater vom Husten ist mörderisch.
Muskelkater vom Husten - das hatte ich schon lange nicht mehr.
Aber auch das geht in ein paar Tagen wieder vorrüber.
Vielleicht sollte ich mir 10x am Tag dieses Video anschauen??
